Culture and values are inherent in people.

It is difficult to retrofit a corporate culture on a need-basis. Plaeides seeks to create from the beginning a deliberate and positive corporate culture. By clearly articulating our vision for our people, we hope to actively seek out and attract like-minded people who will come together to make a difference.

We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We are mindful of the importance of what we do and the huge responsibility it carries. But we aren’t weighed down by it, we tread lightly, there is an element of play and joy in everything we do.

This reflects in our name, our voice, our culture. Our name is fun and peppy but means business. Our voice is not judgemental. 

We are always, but always, on the side of children and we hold ourselves accountable to them.
